Genetic Hub created by producers for producers, services breed societies, associations and individual breeders through the delivery of services supporting membership base, registrations, DNA processing, administration, finance, executive services and governance. Additionally Genetic Hub offers a of communication and marketing services to meet all your needs, including newsletters, website management, social media management, editorial and graphic design.
Our focus is providing high quality, efficient service to support Boards, Managers, Development officers and most importantly membership and individuals. Genetic Hub was created to support breed societies, associations and individuals, supporting operational activities, allowing you to outsource to a skilled and varied team to create efficiency in delivery and value in service.
Breed Registry Services
The Genetic Hub Registrar team is expert in the requirements of animal registration and execution of registration working across your chosen databases utilised for pedigree recording and/or performance recording. Genetic Hub will work with your organisation to support you in determining the most appropriate and cost-effective system to meet your needs.
The Registrar team will ensure compliance to your rules, regulations and/or stipulations of your organisation are met when registering animals. Where required, Genetic Hub works with programmers of your chosen database to ensure changes required for analysis and user ease are integrated. Genetic Hub also facilitates the purchase and distribution of hair cards and TSU’s if required.
Administration and Membership Services
Genetic Hub supports you in all areas of your business as required acting as your central point of member communication providing reception services, email correspondence and mail services. In addition, where required Genetic Hub can also provide services to administer Board/Commitee Meetings from Agenda preparation, minute taking, notice of meetings and provide the platform to facilitate online meetings. Where your organisation consists of members, Genetic Hub can support membership needs including but not limited to onboarding new members; fielding and resolving membership enquiries; merchandising, database access (username and password allocation); form development, distribution, collection, and action.
Accounts and Financial Services
Account processing and financial management services are available through Genetic Hub. Account processing services include membership invoicing, general invoicing, annual inventory invoicing, processing of accounts payable and banking services including reconciliation. Financial Management services include management of accounting process and procedures, debtor recovery, financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory requirements including BAS reporting and lodgment.
Governance and Executive Services
Genetic Hub provides governance support operating as your Company Secretary or Public Officer ensuring reporting compliance. Genetic Hub can also support your annual financial review or financial audit working with accountants appointed by you. We support contract negotiation and strategic planning for you and/or your organisation as well as undertake annual insurance review.
Communications and Marketing
Genetic Hub has skilled staff available to meet the needs of our clients, offering members communication services including correspondence and newsletters via direct mail and/or email/e-blast tailored to meet your needs. We also manage social platforms and websites including standard website maintenance and content updates. A full suite of design and advertising services are available including the development of a style guide, logo design, advertising preparation, editorial, sale catalogue and magazine preparation.
